Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily sales work, including customer visit reception, product introduction, intention registration, customer follow-up, etc., and establish customer files;

2. Participate in various marketing activities of the company and follow-up research on competing products, discover potential customers through various channels, and maintain a good relationship with customers;

3. Responsible for assisting customers to sign subscription letters, handle mortgage loans and formal contracts;

4. Responsible for the reception and handling of various information and complaints of customers before project delivery, regular return visits and tracking;

job requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than one year of real estate industry sales experience or other industry sales experience, sales performance ranks among the top 30% of the elite team; a real estate agent associate certificate or real estate agent certificate is preferred;
